Q Will you keep to your estimate?
A Yes, unless the job changes, or you request additional work to be carried out.
Q Who moves the furniture and takes down curtains etc?
A You should clear away ornaments and smaller pieces of furniture before we arrive. We can move larger items of furniture and take down curtains. Discuss this when we visit to give you an estimate.
Q How will you protect my furniture/ carpets etc when you are working?
A We will make sure your items are well covered with dust sheets throughout the work.
Q Can I supply my own materials?
A We are happy to use your materials if you wish, but some paints require several extra coats. Our trade paints are high quality products which provide excellent coverage, and we can supply these at reasonable cost. Discuss this when we visit to give you an estimate.
It is usual for you to provide your own wallpaper, although quality varies, so please ask our advice. We can provide lining paper and some vinyls.
Q I need to go out during the day. Will this be a problem?
A No, not at all. Our reputation is built on trust and reliability, and of course, quality workmanship.
Q Are you insured?
A Yes, we carry insurance cover up to one million pounds.
